Car auctions in Japan use grades R, RA, Zero and A to refer to cars that have some sort of repair history. Obviously this will most likely have been the result of an accident. However, the repairs can range from the very minor to very comprehensive. You really need to look at the details in the auction inspector’s report before bidding, which is why Integrity Exports gives customers comprehensive professional translations. Watch this video as I talk you through a typical grade R and RA car auction sheets and come to IntegrityExports.com to learn more about car aucitons in Japan. Video Rating: 0 / 5

Japanese car auction grade 4.5 is unlike the higher grades (5, 6 etc), in that it starts to be less dependent on the age and KM of the vehicle, and more based on the actual condition. The average for a grade 4.5 is about 5 years old with 36000KM on the odometer, but as with this one (1999 car with 62000KM on the clock), you will find that older cars can also qualify.
